Our trainers bring over 20 years of experience in project, program, and portfolio management, gained in multinational corporations and consulting. They began their careers managing R&D projects and new product development before moving into consulting on complex projects across the pharmaceutical, chemical, banking, and software industries, including the recovery of troubled projects.

As Managing Partners at Valense and instructors within PMI's Authorized Training Partner program, they teach PMP® and CAPM® courses and have contributed to the translation and review of numerous PMI publications, including the PMBOK® Guide, Agile Practice Guide, standards for program and portfolio management, and Process Groups: A Practice Guide.

They also teach in higher education. Their expertise spans project governance, complex project delivery, risk management, and predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches.
